Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What are the payment terms for my order?

All orders from Packtopia are on pre-paid terms, meaning, all orders need to be paid for fully prior to dispatch. Overtime, for large regular orders there is potential to gain credit terms, but this would be at the discretion of management, and would only occur after long periods of regular purchasing.

Are Packtopia’s products eco-friendly?

Yes, all of Packtopia’s products were designed with sustainability in mind. All of Packtopia’s products are recyclable, with the tissue paper also being compostable. At Packtopia we will continue to strive to improve the sustainability of all products, and continue to chase home compostability status for all current and future products.

How do I dispose of the Packtopia products?

Stand Up Pouches - Are soft plastic recyclable only. These bags need to be disposed of at soft plastic recyclable collection points across Australia (your local supermarket is the best starting point). These bags cannot be placed into kerbside recyclable bins at this time.

Mailing Boxes - Kerbside recycle bins

Tissue Paper - Landfill bins (the tissue paper is compostable)

Can Packtopia create customised products?

Yes! Packtopia can assist with customized packaging products. Do keep in mind however, the minimum order quantities and lead times are much higher for customized products than our standard off the shelf products.

Do you provide samples?

Absolutely we do!! Packtopia is able to provide samples of any of their products. Each sample is charged at a per unit cost, and there is also a flat rate shipping fee for all sample orders.

Where are the Packtopia products produced?

We've worked hard to source the highest quality sustainable packaging solutions from across the world for our customers. Packtopia’s products are produced all around the world in multiple countries across the America’s, Europe, Asia and most importantly we have some products produced right here in Australia.

Do you have a showroom that I can visit to see the products?

Yes, we do! We absolutely love customers coming to visit the showroom to us. Our showroom is located at 16 Freight Rd in Ravenhall, around 30 minutes west of Melbourne’s CBD. We do recommend appointments are made prior to your visits by emailing sales@packtopia.com.au

Is the packaging food safe and do you have certifications?

The pouches and bio-liner bags are the only products we offer that are safe for direct food grade contact!! The cylinders will also be 'food grade' when you have the bio-liner bags inside. We can definitely provide certifications for our products.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Does Packtopia charge freight on their product orders?

Yes, there is a flat rate fee on top of all orders from Packtopia that helps ensure Packtopia can get the goods to customers in the most efficient way possible so customers can start packaging their products up ASAP!

How long will my order take to arrive once I have placed my order?

This is dependent on where you live in Australia. Generally, your order will take anywhere from 1-4 days to arrive once dispatched. You can have your orders sent express for additional cost – please email our friendly team if you wish to do so.

What freight companies do you use to deliver your products?

We always try to ensure the most efficient and best value freight company is used to deliver orders to our customers. Some of the freight companies that are used within this system as Startrack, TOLL, TNT, Australia Post & Couriers Please.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Absolutely!! Our warehouse address is 16 Freight Road, Ravenhall VIC 3023! Our warehouse hours are 7:30am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday! We will require at least two hours notice prior to pick-up and orders will need to be fully paid for prior to pick up.
